Literature is needed for every considered purchase. (Not impulse purchases --basically all grocery & drug store items are impulse buys.)
Literature is good to identify tangible or measurable benefits.
It is used to enhance or revise your image. If you want to change your image, literature is an effective tool to accomplish this. (I.e. do you want to come across as laid back or aggressive? Dynamic or dignified? Small and smart or large and established?, Etc.)
